Application:
Still / rack zinc plating is suited for larger components not suited to barrel plating.

Specifications:
Thicknesses up to 50 microns can be achieved.

Rack Zinc Plating can be sealed with a variety of finishes.

Chromates, both trivalent & hexavalent, can be applied with significant increases in corrosion protection.

Sealants can be applied which will enhance the chromate protection properties even further.
